**Job Summary**

To assemble kits, reconfigure products and perform labelling tasks in a Medical Device operation. Specialising in pre-hospital products the job holder is expected to work in accordance with an ISO13485 standard to a structured plan of work orders.

**Essential Job Functions**
- Support Kitting function with documentation, customer interface, and project coordination activities
- Link the inbound schedule with allocation & outbound plans
- Allocate orders to the warehouse team
- Collect information, identify key product attributes, and write material specifications for new products and items
- Complaint response activities
- Control, monitor & maintain operational stock and undertake stock checks
- Review new kit requests against existing kits to look for similarities or possible alternatives for the requirement
- Track and communicate progress/status of open Kitting projects to customers and internal team members
- Assist in the development of bills of materials based on customer inputs to assess feasibility, initial risks and profitability
- Conduct time studies and develop standard work and routing times for processes
- Assisting the quality dept to ensure kits are made within the standards and regulations
- Assisting the sales team making sure kits are registered to appropriate territories
- Any other duties as requested by senior management
- Support team member development by facilitating an environment of excellence through goalsetting and achievement
- Provide consultation to leaders to enable business success through performance excellence that leads to continuous improvement
- Work with local HR Representative by driving and managing the acquisition of world class talent to support our growth; specifically developing job descriptions and person specifications

**Supplemental Job Functions**
- Assist in the creation of assembly instructions and bill of materials for new products using technical writing skills

- Assist in the implementation of product changes using MasterControl
- Assist in prototyping and sample kit creation of new kits to support the Kitting process

**Qualifications**
- Good written and verbal communication and presentations skills as demonstrated by success in prior position(s) using Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Demonstrated ability to work creatively and independently and prioritize effectively to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- Ability to meet designated deadlines is also a critical qualification
- Self-directed, demonstrating ownership and accountability
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of change management, conflict resolution and team dynamics
- Detail oriented
- Ability to organize objects in a confined or volume-restricted space (spatial awareness)
- Able to read/interpret engineering drawings and procedures
- Able to read, write, speak and understand English (multilingual preferred)
- Able to understand measurement units, take and comprehend measurements
- Ability to work with small parts, dexterity with hands

Pay: Up to £33,000.00 per year
