**The Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy
- Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and generate leads
- Manage and monitor the company's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Create engaging content, including text, image, and video, for social media accounts
- Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor and analyse social media metrics, such as engagement, reach, and impressions, to measure the success of social media campaigns
- Collaborate with other departments to create social media content and campaigns that align with overall marketing strategy
- Keep up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all social media channels
- Work with external partners, such as social media influencers and agencies, to drive brand awareness and reach a wider audience

**Requirements**:

- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyse data and performance metrics
- Experience in tools such as: Google Analytics, Hootsuite (or alternative), Data
- Experience in paid social media campaigns
- In depth understanding of specific platforms and how they work.
- The ability to work with other team members to see projects through to completion.
- The ability to understand company goals and be a key to helping us achieve business goals.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Salary**: £12.00-£15.00 per hour
