Hoople care is an established care provider throughout Herefordshire with four settings offering different care services.

About the settings:
Home First is the county wide Urgent Care and Reablement Service. The role of a Reablement Worker is supporting people in the community to regain maximum independence following an admission to hospital, a crisis at home, illness or disability, or any change in circumstances that has impacted their independence.

Southbank (Hereford) and Ridgemoor (Leominster) are respite and residential services which provide care to the live in residents. The role of a support worker is to promote independence through supporting the residents with day to day life which includes personal care, taking part in planned activities and being part of the local community.

Hillside is a 22 bed discharge to assess unit located south of the river providing a short term residential setting to support individuals to achieve their goals. The role as part of the care team is to meet the daily care needs of residents, work with the shift leader, therapy and other professionals to deliver care tailored to the individual residence whilst supporting and promoting independence.
