**School HR Officer**
**Hours**:Monday - Friday, 37 hours to 40 hours (full-time)
**Reporting to** - DIRECTOR OF FINANCE AND RESOURCES
**Start Date: June 2024 (maternity cover for a year)**

The Human Resources Manager will manage the overall provision of HR, policies and programs for the Foundation. A key function of this role is the assessment and anticipation of HR related needs, as well as delivering a value added service to management and employees which reflect the business objectives of the Schools.
**Qualifications and Skills**
- The ability to make decisions with rapidly changing priorities, ability to provide leadership by leading by example, inspiring and influencing others, leading and managing change
- Experience using SIMS
- The ability to think ahead and draw up schedules of review and follow-up as necessary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to work independently
- A creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook) database packages and internet systems.
- Experience in HR business or related field and professional membership of CIPD
**Experience and Knowledge**
- Good working knowledge of employment law
- CIPD qualified to level 5
- Demonstrate an understanding of the business aspects of schools
- Change management experience desirable
- Experience of delivering HR projects
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: £25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
