We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Personal Progress Tutor to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in motivating, inspiring, and encouraging students to achieve their full potential. Your contribution will contribute to the establishment and maintenance of a culture of high expectations, excellent teaching, and robust tracking and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Motivate, inspire, and encourage students to achieve their personal and academic best.
- Contribute to the establishment of a culture of high expectations, excellent teaching, and robust tracking and support.
- Continuously monitor students' progress and provide appropriate guidance for their personal and academic development.
- Deliver engaging and effective tutorial sessions to your cohort of students.
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience working with young people in an educational setting.
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge and ability to provide appropriate guidance for students.
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
