**Optimal** Home Improvements is small, family run home improvement provider operating in Kent and parts of Sussex. We supply and install PVC, Aluminium and Timber Windows as well as Conservatories (Tiled and Glazed)

We currently have a rare opportunity for competent, hardworking and diligent installers/fitters as an **individual or a team.** The role will involve all aspects of installation, industry knowledge and experience is vital. We can provide in house training for some of our more bespoke products that you may not be familiar with.

**Key Responsibilities**
- As an installer you would be responsible for carrying out various types of installations to a high standard including Windows, doors and conservatories
- You will be responsible for working alongside our Installations Manager to ensure that your installations are carried out smoothly from start to finish.
- Handing over finished products to the customer.
- Reporting back with any issues that may arise at installation, taking initiative to sort the problem out to ensure a hassle free installation
- To undertake other work to which you are capable and carry out any other duties, which may be required.

**Administrator Qualities**
- 5 years experience of all aspects of glass and modern glazed windows and doors.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- An ability to prioritise workload and stay calm under pressure.
- A great team player.
- A desire to show initiative.
- Essential time keeping
- Industry related experience and knowledge of FENSA. Training can be provided.
- Valid full UK driving license.
