Plumber Supervisor

**Plumber Supervisor needed in Hackney at £22.02 per hr **PAYE - Reference: RQ745977**

This role will involve:

- Manage and coordinate the inspection, specification, prioritisation, preparation, programming and assignment of daily, weekly and periodic work schedules. Ensuring cost effective use of resources to meet service delivery needs.
- To continually work with team members to ensure professional standards to ensure potency and external recognition and reputation of the Team, maintaining external accreditation with professional engineering bodies.
- Review and monitor team performance targets and budgets as requirements dictate. Review the teams and team member’s performance, with particular regard to quality, quantity and cost, daily, weekly and periodically, and take necessary corrective action to set and meet team performance targets; to instil a customer focused culture.
- Manage the teams’ duties, performance targets and procedures to ensure they are met in a timely, systematic and accurate manner.
- In conjunction with Senior Managers, manage the provision and allocation of resources, including material, plant, tool and vehicle use. Ensuring that all personnel are managed within the provisions of the Staff Code including recruitment and induction, attendance, timekeeping, leave, sickness monitoring, back to work interviews and disciplinary matters

**This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis**
