Rose Ward are seeking a Band 3 Clinical Support Workerto join our friendly supportive team.

Rose Ward is a 13 bed mixed gender inpatient facility for older persons with Dementia.

Worker is required to work a mix of day and night shifts. Working pattern are day and night shifts - 07:00 - 19:30 and 19:30 - 07:00.

Health Care Assistant Band 3 - Inpatient
- Providing person centred care for older persons with Dementia and physical health problems
- Assisting patients with personal care and dietery requirements
- Monitoring and recording of physical health
- Therapeutic observations
- Input with patients recovery plan
- Liaison and support to relatives and other services
- Recording on Patients clinical notes
- Escorting patients to appointments
- Assisting nursing staff with admission and discharge procedures.

Quality improvement methodology will be embedded in the wards day to day running as we will continuously strive to improve the lives of those, we care for but for each other as colleagues. The ward will have dedicated access to a ward manager and Matron alongside a friendly and welcoming senior management team who will ensure you are supported.
