**About the role**:
Get ready to dive into a dynamic role where creativity meets cutting-edge technology. As a vital part of our team, you’ll be working on a diverse range of games tailored for the world’s most iconic brands and influential educators, engaging massive audiences across various platforms.

From mobiles and XR headsets to browsers, touchscreens, installations and even airplane seats, your creativity extends to cross-platform games that meet players wherever they are. This role isn’t just about creating games; it’s about understanding and designing for player behaviours on platforms like Roblox, ensuring our games resonate with the widest possible audience.

Challenging and diverse projects will give you the opportunity to grow as you bring 3D game assets to life with impeccable proportions, efficient texturing, rigging and animation. With the ability to take ideas from concept to completion, infusing your creative touch every step of the way.

Being a team player is at the core of this role. Collaboration is key and you’ll be working closely with game developers to bring your designs to life, ensuring seamless implementation across all aspects of our projects.

**Key responsibilities**
- Create high-quality 3D models, textures, and assets for use in game environments.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure visual consistency and alignment with the game’s artistic vision.
- Optimise and implement 3D assets efficiently, considering performance constraints and technical requirements.
- Work closely with game developers to integrate character models and animations seamlessly into the game.
- Maintain organised asset libraries and documentation for easy accessibility and knowledge sharing.
- Participate in brainstorming and concept development to contribute creative ideas to the game’s visual design.
- Understand and adhere to project timelines, delivering assets within specified deadlines.
- Problem-solve challenges that arise during the creative process.

This is a predominantly remote working position, supplemented by some team collaboration at a Leamington Spa studio.

There is the need to travel from time to time to attend client and company meetings.

The position is open to anyone eligible to work in the UK.
