Our consultations and services provide bespoke advice and treatment options relevant to our patients. We also work closely with other specialists to optimise the future health and wellbeing of our patients. Consultations for perimenopause and menopause are individualised - we discuss treatment options for both Hormone Replacement Therapy and non-hormonal treatment.

We are looking for a Welcome Desk Coordinator to join our team in Stratford-upon-Avon with the potential to work remote up to two days a week.

**Position**:
The Welcome Desk Coordinator is the first point of contact for potential patients, responding to the patients’ needs and answering queries.
- Answering calls
- Booking patients into the diary
- Taking accurate details from patients when creating new patient profiles
- Communicating all pertinent information to patient e.g. prices, forms to be completed etc
- Diary management eg moving patients to maximize diary capacity, locating patients on the waiting list, etc
- Inputting and updating CRM system
- Secure emergency appointments
- Ensure the diary is being filled correctly and chronologically
- All other duties associated with a welcome desk coordinator
- Occasional additional administrative duties when directed by the Operations Manager
