**Key Duties**
- Setting up new accounts and managing client accounts
- Debt management
- Sales invoicing
- Investigating and resolving customer queries
- Generating required reports
We are looking for someone who:
- a Credit Control qualification (or equivalent qualification or experience)
- has experience of credit control or similar role
- has experience of analysing billing and collection issues, perform calculations and raise documented queries for sign off and resolution
- has a good understanding of the credit cycle and challenges within the cashflow chain
- has advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel 365 and other accounting systems
- has experience of developing credit control reports
- has experience of using EDI
- has experience of reviewing and adjusting credit limits as required
