**WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?**

You will be working with the technical lead/SME for the CSOC and SIEM service by managing and improving the platforms to meet the requirements of the business/client. You will have to configure and develop SIEM tooling and associated tool sets, to delivereffective and efficient SOC services through automation and orchestration, and to increase MTTD whilst reducing false positives and negatives. You will have to act as a technical escalation point and mentor for SOC analysts and Senior SOC analysts in deliveryof our CSOC services. Finally you must work together with architects, infrastructure teams and key stakeholders inside and outside the business ensuring security and monitoring requirements are determined and implemented through onboarding or continuous improvementactivities.

**WE NEED YOU TO HAVE..**
- SIEM / Azure Sentinel/ EDR/AV/Snort/ Wireshark /TCPdump
- Ideally at 3 years of experience working in a similar technical role
- Great attitude
- Desire to learn and embrace new skills
- Worked within the public sector
- Strong knowledge of understanding multiple operating systems
- SC clearance

- Intrusion Analysis experience
- Cyber Security Incident Response experience
- Threat Assessment experience
- SC clearance
- CEH / GCIA / GCIH / GSEC / GCTI / Security+
- Experience of working in a managed services provider
- Degree level education
