Thrive Group are delighted to be working with our client in Frome, who are actively seeking to recruit a **Commercial Administrator** to join on a permanent basis.

**What you will be doing**:
This is a newly created role, supporting the Commercial and Finance department, verifying and processing promotional invoices, as well as assisting with the import paperwork for goods entering the UK.
- Provide support to the commercial team with their sales administration.
- Place orders for office consumable stock and maintaining appropriate stock levels
- Produce EPOS data for the customers each week, maintaining databases to ensure high degree of accuracy
- Support finance with accruals and authorisation numbers to validate all invoices.
- Process customs declarations on a daily/weekly basis to ensure uninterrupted supply of imported finished goods and raw materials
- Place orders for office consumable stock and maintaining appropriate stock levels

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Ability to prioritise and organise a large work load
- Experience of working in a FMCG manufacturing environment, with 24/7 activity
- Good understanding of IT systems and software, proficiency in MS Excel is of particular importance
