Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Body Shop Advisor/Estiamtor to join our team. As a Body Shop Estimator, you will be responsible for assessing vehicle damage, preparing accurate repair estimates, and communicating with customers and insurance companies. This is a vital role in our body shop department, ensuring that repairs are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect vehicles and assess the extent of damage
- Communicate with customers and insurance companies regarding repair estimates and approvals
- Coordinate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely completion of repairs
- Order necessary parts and materials for repairs
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, estimates, and customer interactions
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the repair process
- Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and regulations

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Body Shop Estimator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair processes and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
