**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Training Internal / External Wall Insulation Installer.

As an Internal / External Wall Installer, you will undergo comprehensive on-the-job training to learn the skills and techniques required for the proper installation of both wall systems. Working closely with experienced installers, you will assist in the preparation, assembly, and installation of various wall components, gaining valuable hands-on experience in the construction industry.
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assisting in Wall System Preparation: _Under the guidance of senior installers, help prepare the construction site and materials needed for wall installations._
- Supporting Wall Assembly: _Assist in assembling wall components, including panels, frames, insulation materials, and cladding systems._
- Installation Support: _Work alongside experienced installers to ensure accurate and precise placement of internal and external wall elements, adhering to project specifications and safety guidelines._
- Quality Control: _Participate in quality checks during and after installation to ensure the finished product meets the required standards._
- Safety Compliance: _Follow all safety protocols and guidelines, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and maintaining a safe working environment for yourself and your colleagues._
- Tool and Equipment Maintenance: _Learn to properly handle and care for hand and power tools, keeping them in good working condition._
- Blueprint Reading: _Familiarise yourself with construction blueprints and drawings related to wall installations._
- Material Handling: _Assist in the loading, unloading, and transportation of construction materials to and from the worksite._
- Material Preparation: _Learn how to prepare materials required for Internal wall installation, including cutting insulation boards, mixing mortar, and ensuring proper storage and organisation of materials on-site._
- Team Collaboration: _Work cooperatively with the installation team, communicating effectively to ensure smooth project progress._
- Professional Development: _Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical skills and knowledge of internal and external wall systems._
- **Qualifications and Requirements**:_
- _No prior experience required as this is a training position._
- _Strong work ethic and willingness to learn and follow instructions._
- _Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions._
- _Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment._
- _Basic math skills for measurements and calculations._
- _Knowledge of construction tools and equipment is a plus._
- _Valid driver's license and reliable transportation is desirable but not essential as long as the applicant can get to site._

**Salary**: £18,200.00-£24,000.00 per year
