We’re a small, family-run decorating business specialising in high-end residential homes, in Ampthill, Silsoe and nearby villages, providing skilled services such as timber restoration, wallpaper installation and limewashing (amongst usual decorating requests). We also work on local business property and schools.

We’re seeking skilled painters and decorators who value attention to detail and respect for clients' homes. If you're passionate about delivering top-notch craftsmanship, learning new techniques and creating beautiful living spaces, we’d love you to apply.

This is a full time role, but if you're only able to do part time hours then we're more than happy to consider, for the right person. The day rate will be pro-rated.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform painting and decorating tasks according to client specifications and industry standards
- Advise clients on paint types, and finishes
- Look after client homes and belongings by taking necessary precautions
- Maintain and organise painting equipment and tools
- Adhere to project timelines and ensure timely completion
- Build a rapport with clients to ensure they’re comfortable in their surroundings

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in residential painting and decorating
- Proficiency in various techniques
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent time management abilities
- Valid driving license and reliable transportation
- Own tools and equipment

**Salary**: £120.00-£150.00 per day

**Experience**:

- painting: 5 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
