**Brief job description**:
Estio Training have an exciting new opportunity for a Level 3 Digital marketer with Hydro International, a company that provide product, services and expertise to help water management process based in Somerset.

Development and/or support to global and local digital marketing projects and campaigns optimisation of digital marketing channels; measurement and reporting of digital KPIs.

**Your duties and responsibilities in this role will consist of**:

- Analyse digital marketing channels and understand trends.
- Plan, co-ordinate, deliver and evaluate digital marketing campaigns and activities across all appropriate marketing channels in order to generate new leads for the business.
- Review and optimise SEO.
- Review and optimise PPC campaigns.
- Review and optimise other digital marketing tools and systems.
- Work with external digital agencies to optimise digital awareness, engagement and conversion.
- Act as a “digital consultant” to the marketing team, providing recommendations and advice.
- Carry out other duties which the company may reasonably require the individual to undertake.

**Qualifications**:

- 5 GCSEs grades A*-C/9-4 or equivalent (including English Language and Maths)

**Skills Required**:

- Ability to work within a team environment.
- Ability to deliver against SMART objectives and KPIs.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other equivalent CRM systems.
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.

**Personal qualities**:

- Organised.
- Good timekeeping.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to meet KPIS and under little supervision.

**Future prospects**:
The role offers long term security and the opportunity to progress into a permanent position.

**Training to be provided**:
Estio apprenticeship training programmes are delivered virtually by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

- Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
- Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
- Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
- Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.
