**THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for a superstar Customer Service Administrator. This is a permanent office role that requires excellent organisational & computer skills, plus a great customer service persona with excellent telephone manner. We need someone that's dynamic and pro-active in ensuring that engineer scheduling and customer bookings run smoothly.

**QUALITES YOU WILL NEED**
- Excellent customer service skills - customer service is key to our company’s culture
- Excellent communicator - both written and verbal
- A focused, motivated professional, with a "can do" attitude
- Experience in building relationships with customers
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised and capable of effectively assisting us with managing our day-to-day operations.
- A strong desire to help people, open-mindedness, and a willingness to learn
- Experience working with trades and in a trade environment would be desirable but not essential.
- A “How can I help you?” attitude.
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of MS Office
- Living local would be preferential.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
