A reputable family owned building business of over 50yrs. Based near Malton, York.

**Job description**

General skills required:

- Block/brick laying, groundworks/flagging, reading and executing structural plans/drawings.

The position is full time Monday - Friday including 28 days holiday and bank holiday entitlement.

Would also be open to self-employed.

Salary/pay rates to be negotiated based on experience.

Work Remotely
- No

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Malton, North Yorkshire: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Plastering: 1 year (preferred)
- Masonry: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CSCS (preferred)
- Driving Licence (required)
