Are you an experienced Moisture Surveyor ready to take your career to new heights? my client is a leader in property care and are seeking a knowledgeable and dedicated Moisture Surveyor to join their dynamic team. Situated in the prestigious Parsons Green, London, they offer a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, including landmark and historic buildings.

**Your Role**:
A Specialist in Moisture Surveying
In this role, you'll be more than just a surveyor; you'll be a problem-solver and a trusted advisor to clients. Your expertise in identifying and resolving moisture issues will not only restore properties but also preserve the integrity of London's architectural heritage.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Conduct detailed surveys of commercial and domestic properties, identifying moisture-related problems and cost of works. Work collaboratively with in-house teams, including roofers, drainage experts, and restoration specialists, to develop and implement effective solutions. Utilize advanced tools and CRM systems for accurate reporting and recommendations. Offer expert advice and support, ensuring the highest level of customer service.
**What We're Looking For**:
Extensive experience as a Moisture Surveyor, with a **PCA qualification** (additional on-site training provided). A deep understanding of building pathology, construction, and defect diagnosis. A full, clean driver's license and willingness to travel across London. Exceptional problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
