**Facilities Supervisor**

DK Recruitment are looking for a Facilities Supervisor/Building Fabric Supervisor to join their client’s team covering the Cornwall area on a Permanent contract.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum one trade qualification, with significant building fabric and building services management experience
- M&E asset and systems knowledge - desirable
- Management/Supervisor qualification and/or relevant experience - essential
- Knowledge of SOR PSA M&E systems, measurements and software.
- Experienced in use of calculation sheets and monitoring expenditure against tendered rates.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Supervise projects to meet project specification, programme and budget
- Compliance, sub-contractor and Auditing management
- Attend regular meetings with Projects Managers and Client
- Provide quotations for small projects and extra works
- Ensure all operatives on site are provided with the necessary PPE and Information
- Plan project resources including resources, materials and programme
- Provide costs for capital projects, plant refurbishment and replacement schemes
- Point of contact for all welfare, training and development matters
