Bowmill Engineering and Bowmill Metal Treatments are privately owned businesses operating predominantly in the global aerospace sector and employing around 130 staff at facilities occupying more than 72,000 sq.ft. in Poole, Dorset and in Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire. Now operating 3 factories in Poole, a treatments facility and in 2016 a new facility in Tewkesbury. Bowmill Poole is currently seeking a semi-skilled CNC Miller.

**Your main responsibilities will involve**:

- Setting and operating CNC milling machines with FANUC OI-MF control system to produce prismatic components to customer drawing and specification
- Tool setting and offsets adjustments
- Inspection of your own work to drawing and SPC requirements
- Maintain your area to a high standard of 5C/5S

**Your skills and qualifications as a CNC Miller**:

- Experienced in the setting and operating of CNC milling machines
- General high standard of engineering ability
- Experience in aerospace component manufacture is beneficial but not essential
