We have an exciting opportunity for an energetic, ambitious and dynamic people supervisor/manager with a proven track record of success to support the DMR Manager (DRY Mixed Recycling) in growing and developing our DMR plant in Nottingham.
Available positions on day shift 0600-1800 and night shift 1800-0600 on a four on four off continental shift basis which includes weekend and bank holiday working.
**Recycling Supervisor Responsibilities will include:**:

- Ensuring that health, safety and welfare standards are maintained in accordance with the Company’s safety policy, Risk Assessments, Safe Working Procedures and Instructions
- Ensure that daily prestart inspections are carried out of all processing plant including, guarding, access and egress and all safety features
- Support with training and development of personnel and deliver induction training with new starters
- Ensure the safe efficient running of all plant equipment and personnel under your control
- Seek continuous improvement to all processes and operations by embracing new technology, processes and new products
- Lead by example and uphold the Enva brand
