**POS (Cosmetics) Creative Designer and Visualiser**

**Job Summary**:
We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Creative Designer and Visualiser to join our team specialising in Point of Sale (POS) for the cosmetics industry. As a Creative Designer and Visualiser, you will be responsible for interpreting briefs, developing innovative and practical solutions, and presenting and visualizing them. Your expertise in POS design, along with your proficiency in Adobe Suite and 3D Studio Max, will be essential in creating visually stunning and effective solutions for our clients in the cosmetics industry.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and project managers to understand project briefs, objectives, and brand guidelines.
- Interpret briefs and develop creative and practical solutions for POS displays and fixtures in the cosmetics industry.
- Utilise Adobe Suite (including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to create visual concepts, mock-ups, and presentations.
- Utilize 3D Studio Max to create realistic 3D visualisations and renderings of POS designs.
- Present design concepts and visualisations to clients and stakeholders, effectively communicating design ideas and solutions.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless integration of design and manufacturing processes.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and materials to drive innovation in POS design for cosmetics.
- Work closely with suppliers and manufacturers to select appropriate materials and components for production.
- Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards and regulations throughout the design and manufacturing process.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field; additional certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
- Proven experience in POS design, preferably within the cosmetics industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) for visual concept development and presentations.
- Proficiency in 3D Studio Max for creating realistic 3D visualizations and renderings.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop visually stunning and practical POS designs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of safety standards and regulations relevant to POS design and manufacturing.
- Passion for cosmetics and understanding of the industry's unique design requirements.
