Laboratory Supervisor

We have a new vacancy for a Lab Supervisor to join our team at Bardon Hill, Coalville.

Reporting to the Technical Manager you will build solid and lasting relationships with senior technical, commercial and operational management across the business and with our customers and client group. The role will be supported by area ready mix concrete managers, technicians. Ideally suited to a person looking to develop into a senior managerial role in the ready-mix technical field.

Working closely with the technical, commercial and operations teams, you will support, advise and provide technical guidance to ensure the company adheres to minimum legal and product standard requirements at optimum cost. Working with the sales team you will provide support in a technical capacity, assisting them to grow the sales of our special products range and delivering the best solution to our customers.
