**About this role**:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Financial Collateral Examination Specialist.

**In this role, you will**:

- Provide support to the Field Examination Team in relation to preparation, selection and processing of collateral information and financial records in order to facilitate the timely completion of the Field Exam Project
- Participate (remotely and occasionally on site) field exams of current borrowers books and records and identify opportunity for process improvements within Financial Collateral Examination functional area.
- Evaluate test results and draw conclusions and make recommendations to improve the risk management, monitoring and controls within Field Examination
- Support the Field Exam Manager in Planning, Scheduling and set-up of Field Examination Projects with existing clients.
- Work with a more experienced individual for complex field exams as needed
- Collaborate and consult with Financial Collateral Examination colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal and external customers
- Participate or lead projects targeted to transforming the Field Exam Risk Management Framework and related control environment.

**Required Qualifications, International**:

- Experience in Financial Collateral Examination, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

**Desired Qualifications**:

- Financial Auditing, Collateral Analysis, Financial Analysis, Accounting or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
