Overview:
**We have a fantastic new vacancy for a Receptionist at The Vicarage Hotel, Holmes Chapel. We are seeking an energetic and experienced individual who will really lead from the front and drive outstanding customer service.**
**This is a multi-skilled role incorporating both Receptionist and Food and Beverage Duties in line with the business demands**

Have the ability to multi-task and have a can-do attitude in this exciting fast-paced environment.
Flexible and always ready to assist at any stage of the guests’ stay, from check-in to check-out and everything in between.
This may also include working in the Food and Beverage outlets including Breakfast, Bar, Lunch and Dinner and supporting the Reservations and Back Office Teams when needed.
As a passionate individual, you will be dedicated to continuously improving the quality of the hotel's services.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Warmly greet guests and assist with check-in.
- Provide meticulous guest service.
- Assist with reservations and handle inquiries.
- Assist in Food & Beverage outlets where necessary
- Ensure cleanliness of guest areas.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
- Address complaints efficiently and report feedback.
- Communicate effectively with other departments.
- Adhere to policies and emergency procedures.
- Support and respect team members.
- Foster teamwork and uphold company values.
- Assist team members with tasks.
- Listen to and engage with team respectfully.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £22,500.00-£25,000.00 per year
