Traineeship Tutor

Our program is tailored to the needs of students aged 16-18 who are not ready, or able, to directly enter an Apprenticeship, employment or other post 16 alternative. This challenging and rewarding role will suit a passionate and engaging tutor with proven experience and/or desire to work with learners between the age of 16 - 18.

We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
Developing session plans

Ensure all documents are completed to the highest quality to record progress and achievement, complying with both contractual and internal requirements.

Ensure learner files and training plans are of a high standard of accuracy and are frequently updated and used as an integral part of the learners’ programme.

Maintain a high level of communication with learners to maximise retention.

Recording student progress following each session and conducting regular reviews of students’ progress

Being responsible for planning, delivery and development of the programme, with performance measured against KPI’s, such as covering retention, progress, timely reviews, successful completion and progression.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

- Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 1 year (preferred)
- Tutoring: 1 year (preferred)
