Passenger Assistant

Responsibilities:

- Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking from vehicles
- Transporting children, teenagers and adults with special learning requirements to and from school/respite centres
- Communicate effectively with passengers to address any questions or concerns they may have
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including vehicles and passenger waiting areas
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure the well-being of passengers
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery

**Experience**:

- DBS will be needed for this role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
- Flexibility to work and help cover as per business needs
- To be punctual and reliable

VERY IMPORTANT: Driver will pick successful client from home and drop off back home every-time, therefore no need for transport at all.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: £11.50 per hour

Expected hours: 25 per week
