**Overview of Role**:
Carpetronic are a specialist flooring & tiling contractor, working to trade with a number of prestigious clients throughout Scotland and the North of England.

Due to continued growth we require to supplement our existing team with experienced **Flooring Installers.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation Vinyl Flooring including all forms of installation - Loose Lay, Bonded, Sheet etc.
- Work will involve Hotel & Hospitality, Care Sector, New Build Housing etc.
- Preparation of floors including DPM’s, screeding and plywood as required.
- Overseeing/instructing allocated labourers etc.

**Skills and Attributes**:

- Proactive attitude to work and delivery.
- Flexibility to work with our clients needs and timescales.
- Comfortable to work on both construction sites and fully operational facilities.
- Full Drivers Licence.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Benefits**:

- Basic Salary Starting Rate - **£29,500 per annum**,
- Wherever possible, works will be rateable which will generate renumeration **in excess** of that stated above.
- Enhancement to rates of pay for weekend, overnight and working remotely.

Schedule:

- Day shift - 8-5 Monday to Thursday, 8-2 Friday
- Note from time to time weekend and overnight working may be required and this will attract a rate premium.

**Experience**:

- Experience: 3 years (minimum required)

- Tile Setting: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
