- Booking accommodation
- Collating hours
- Reporting weekly/period end hours
- Book training courses
- Raise purchase orders
- Processing sales invoices
- Booking transport
- Hire industrial equipment
- Track costs
- Purchasing
- Recording equipment usage
- Work with finance team
- Work with 3rd party personnel hire (agency)
- Good understanding of GDPR
- Liaise with p66 admin team
- Liaise with team
- One day a week on Phillips 66 Humber Refinery
- Traveling for projects when required (mínimal)
- Advanced computer skills, ie excel
- Keeping training matrix up to date
- Adding hours onto exact
- Report health and safety stats with HSE member
- Manage project planner
- Maintain own credit card purchases
- Processing goods/delivery notes for numerous sites
- Maintain lists of on hire items

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £23,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
