**Key Job Responsibilities**:

- To maintain the highest standards of hospitality and service in the restaurant and the bar
- Assist the F&B team in providing outstanding and efficient service to our guests and members
- Have good knowledge of regular customers and learn different requirements
- Have full, in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage services
- Provide the highest levels of customer hospitality

**Skills & Experience**:

- Flexible and adaptable
- Previous experience in a comparable restaurant within a fast-paced environment
- Experience in Private Member Clubs or Michelin/Luxury restaurants would be a distinct advantage
- Have a good knowledge of food and beverage
- Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills
