'''Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Shop Keeper to join our team. As a Shop Keeper, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our retail store. Your excellent leadership skills and ability to communicate effectively will contribute to the success of our business.

**Duties**:

- Supervise and manage a team of retail staff, providing guidance and support
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Assist customers with their inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Train new employees on store policies and procedures
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for staff members
- Handle any customer complaints or issues in a professional and timely manner

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role
- Strong administrative skills, including inventory management and cash handling
- Excellent sales management abilities with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve goals
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written

**Salary**: £26,200.00 per year
