Working 05:45 - 14:15, Monday to Friday or Tuesday to Saturday, with 2 Saturdays in a 6-week rota. One of the Saturdays is 05:45 - 18:00 with shortened hours on other days in the same week.
**There is no Sunday or Bank Holiday work required for this position.**
**Location**: Based at our Logic Park Customer Delivery Hub, in Leeds
**Salary**: The starting rate for this position is **£23,000, Annual**
**About the role**
As our Administrator, you will work closely with a collaborative team of five to ensure a seamless Customer Delivery Hub operation and high-quality administrative support for our internal and external stakeholders. You will resolve Stakeholder queries efficiently and effectively by utilising our CDH systems and communication channels.
Your key responsibilities when supporting our Customer Delivery hub will be:
- To coordinate purchase orders for your distribution site, with a keen understanding of financial budgets, raising orders and receipting.
- Monitoring stock levels of sundry items.
- Coordinating orders and allocating Business dress to current and new Partners on site.
- Understanding and adhering to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Promoting and adhering to all Legal, Health & Safety and Site Operating procedures.
- Assisting the management team to ensure operational tasks are completed in an accurate and timely manner. This may include note-taking for formal meetings or inputting distribution third party’s hours into our HR system.

You will work closely with our transport admin operation with a potential to gain knowledge around transport compliance.
