We have a fantastic opportunity for an established Talent Acquisition Business Partner with Product recruitment background to join our high performing People team. We are on an exciting scale up journey, looking to more than quadruple the size of our digital platform over the coming years Exciting, ambitious and bold, right? To get there, we need exceptionally talented, bright, and driven people. You’ll join a passionate team of Talent experts and work closely with the business to deliver on our people plans. Your specific focus will be on Product/ UX and Marketing recruitment and you’ll be well connected across these disciplines. **Location**: London, Kings Cross. Hybrid working applies with 2 days in the office, 3 at home. Monthly visits to Portsmouth HQ required.

**Where do you fit in?**

You'll join a fast paced inhouse TA set up to deliver commercially sound and operationally effective recruitment service. You'll report to the Head of Talent Acquisition with a current team of four BP's/Advisors around you. With all modern tools and channels on our finger tips, you’ll partner with leadership across your given business functions to deliver on their resourcing plans. This includes catering for vacancies right here, right now as well as developing your pipelines and talentpools for the future.

**What do you need to succeed**
- You’ll be a well-established Talent Acquisition pro with experience either in an inhouse or agency setting, preferably both. Deep knowledge of Product recruitment is essential with UX and Marketing being a bonus.
- Strong handle on varied sourcing channels and talent platforms inc. advertising, LinkedIn Recruiter License, events and networking.
- Be a master at spinning plates and bringing people together - organised, pragmatic, solutions driven and great at communicating.
- Pace, tenacity and the ability to challenge the status quo.
