**Scrum Master | Hybrid Leeds | £60k+**

My client is an innovative, growing, technology-led business, they are delivering service excellence through their software, system capabilities and expertise. They are private equity backed business, operating in a fast-growth environment.

**The Role**

This role will play a critical part in designing the Agile operating model, that, supported by insights and feedback loops, will help colleagues become confident risk-takers and change-makers to deliver their part in this Agile transformation. It will radicallychange and govern their IT ways of working and establish their Agile Centre of Excellence, to support the adoption of design thinking, DevOps, and agile practices, whilst embedding a culture of strong partnerships.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Drive the delivery and implementation of the Agile frameworks, tools, capabilities and learning journeys and manage their continuous evolution across the IT community.
- Formulating a strategy for the transition from project-based delivery to product-based delivery.
- Be a role model for agile development within the organization, ensuring that all stakeholders understand the agile principles and the part they need to play to contribute to successful delivery.

**What you'll need**:

- You will be a strategic thinker - having the ability to think strategically and blend technical, operational and commercial strategic considerations into decision making.
- A strong change agent who can influence mind set and behaviours, including those of senior leaders.
- Have a zest for coaching and supporting people to adjust to and embrace changes to their ways of working.

**What you'll bring**:

- Previous experience in leadership positions in a Software Engineering organisation, ideally in roles spanning various stages of the SDLC.
- Strong technical (systems architecture, data, CI/CD, software development standards) and business acumen.
- Knowledge and understanding of achieving and maintaining agility, as well as the tools and frameworks relating to Agile (Scrum, Kanban, scaling frameworks, XP, etc.)

**Technology, Tools, Training & Experience**
- Strong experience across PHP, MySQL, AWS, JavaScript, React/Vue, Laravel framework, Microservice architectures. Additional coding languages an advantage.
- Experience of building Mobile Apps and responsive designs
- Deep experience of Agile development techniques.
- Management experience - minimum 3 years.
- Development experience - minimum 10 years.
