Hub Operator

About the role
Our security Hub operation in Daventry is transforming the way that Safety, Security & Shrinkage operate across our stores.

We currently have a number of opportunities available and in this challenging, fast paced role, you will join a passionate team to review CCTV and data to identify suspicious activity for a set number of stores and collate your findings into comprehensive case files.

You will be responsible for
- Identifying risks in your stores and creating comprehensive case files for anything found
- Understanding the key risks in your stores from available reports
- Requesting additional data for evidence on certain types of cases
- Speaking to stores and Group Shrinkage & Security Managers to gain additional insight
- Managing your workload to ensure all deadlines are reached
- Ensuring you process data in a confidential and secure manner, always following Information Security policies
- Maintaining confidentiality when dealing with sensitive data and case files

You will need
- Strong organisation and time management abilities
- Excellent Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Experience of a retail / stores or security environment
- Experience of data manipulation or CCTV review is desirable but not essential
