**Overview**

Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will play a key part in the development of our Global Körber Voice product portfolio including Android apps and low code workflow tools which integrate with our supply chain solutions. You will also be responsible for assisting with the administration of the product roadmap & quality assurance for the products.

**Responsibilities**
- Represent product management as the Product Owner in scrum teams.
- Provide vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project.
- Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy.
- Provide leadership and direction to cross functional team (s) on short-term tasks/ near-term priorities
- Improve and facilitate a requirements management process and operating rhythm.
- Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product.
- Effectively document and explain new requirements to the engineering and UXD team using user stories with acceptance criteria and help the team in breaking down complex work into smaller, deliverable chunks of value that can be delivered faster.
- Work with development team(s) to provide a roadmap update at the agreed upon cadence.
- Work closely with the Product Manager to create and maintain a product backlog, vision and roadmap according to business value.
- Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of release / sprint goals.
- Prioritise coordinate and communicate the resolution of live product issues independently
- Follow competitors and industry.

**Experience and Qualifications**
- Desirable, voice products experience in warehousing and supply chain with technologies including Zebra and Honeywell products.
- Desirable experience running workshops
- Desirable CSPO or equivalent Certification or higher.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years Product Owner experience._
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, problem solving, planning and time management skills.

**Skills/Behaviours required**
- Proven commercial experience of managing a team through software delivery using Agile Methodologies e.g. SCRUM.
- Experience using Agile tools like Jira or DevOps Azure.
- Experience coordinating and running workshops.
- Experience using Product Management tools including Aha, Miro and Balsamiq.

**Salary**: £46,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
