**The Role**

The Change & Technology team are responsible for developing sector leading products and propositions that enable us to connect with more customers and deliver more revenue in both the pre-need and at-need spaces.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform functional testing either manually or using appropriate tools.
- Perform regression testing.
- Identify, record, document and track defects.
- Participate in release testing.
- Participate in and provide input during QA process improvement initiatives.
- Effectively collaborate with the QA Engineer on testing strategies.

Essential criteria:

- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical and problem solving aptitude
- Strong organisation skills

Desirable criteria:

- Experience using Agile / Lean development principles
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience using Selenium, Gherkin, Cucumber QA tools

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £35,000.00 per hour
