A well established local property development & letting company requires a part time Bookkeeper/ PA to directors to join our friendly team in Louth.
Duties to include
- Coding and entering purchase invoices
- Raising sales invoices
- Chasing outstanding debts
- Bank reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Balance Sheet reconciliations
- Preparing letters on behalf of the Directors
- Other adhoc duties as required
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a similar role.
- Computer literate
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Effective communication skills
- Experience of using Sage (ideal but not essential)
The role is a part time role covering the core business hours
- Monday to Friday between 10am and 3pm (can be flexible but must be Monday to Friday).
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20 per week

**Experience**:
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
- bookkeeping: 2 years (preferred)
