**About You**
We are looking for an Account Administrator to join our successful Corporate Sales team.
This person will work alongside two other Account Administrators although you will be responsible for your own customer base, processing orders and seeing the order progress through each stage until the delivery of the vehicle to the customer.
**What we are looking for**:
Previous experience within the Fleet / Motor industry is preferred but not essential - full training will be provided.
Previous administration experience would be advantageous.
Confident working with Microsoft office.
Professional and smart appearance.
You will have a positive, professional and structured approach to your work along with a positive customer focused attitude, having excellent organisational skills, be self-motivated and be able to work as part of a team or on your own.
Effectively prioritises workload.
**The role involves**:
Providing an excellent Customer Experience consistent with the D. M. Keith values and the Brands.
Working as a team player in partnership with your colleagues, interacting with other departments within the business when required.
Assisting the Corporate department with all administration duties from the point of vehicle ordering through to the delivery of the vehicle.
Ensuring all documentation is processed in an accurate and efficient manner, working within data protection legislation.
Informing customers of vehicle availability, processing orders, carrying out weekly updates to customers, managing your own key accounts and working with a Business Development Manager.
