**About the job**

**Responsibilities**
- To help support the Managing Director in all aspects of her daily tasks.
- Assist the Managing Director in achieving the company goals when it comes to, sales, business, and people strategy.
- Ensuring that the MD’s tasks and time sensitive items are achieved daily.
- Supporting a variety of both internal and external meetings with reports, agendas and minutes.
- Create and maintain a filing system for all of the MD’s paperwork.
- Implementing and maintaining procedures / admin systems to enable MD to work effectively.
- Liaising with staff, suppliers, and customers
- Collating, processing and filing all staff’s expenses
- Provide high level administrative support to the Managing Director for both business and personal requirements.
- Organising meetings and travel logistics
- Working with confidential documents
- Assisting in the preparation of a variety of documents to include knowledge of the whole office package - Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- Ad hoc duties as and when required.

**The above is not an exhaustive list of duties and you will be expected to perform different tasks as dictated by your changing role with the organisation and the overall business objectives of the company.**

**Skills**
- 2-3 years previous experience in a similar role supporting at Director/Executive/Senior Manager Level with understanding of the need for strict confidentiality.
- You will have a positive attitude and a genuine enthusiasm for the work that will be undertaken.
- Team player with a cheerful and friendly confident manner
- You must be flexible in your approach to both with work and hours.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, making decisions where necessary.
- Excellent time-management, organisational and multitasking skills
- Strong IT skills; including MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Outlook
- Ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organisation.
- Good customer service skills
- Proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Flexible with the ability to adapt to change, new practices and cope under pressure.
- Ability to deal with confidential information in a professional, trustworthy manner.
- Always working with integrity and credibility with all individuals
- Experience of complex diary management
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Self-starting, highly organised and motivated

The role is a full time (Monday to Friday - 9.00am - 17.30pm) on site role based in our Head Office in Redhill, Surrey. You must be comfortable travelling to the office as well as working in an office environment full time.

**Salary**: £30,000.00 per year
