Estate Agent

Job Profile:
**Reeds Rains** **Holmes Chapel **Branch are looking for an** Estate Agent** to join on a permanent basis. Full time, but consideration will also be given to Part time applicants.

Industry experience is preferred, but not essential as training will be provided. Ideally you will be able to evidence previous sales &/or customer service experience and the ability to work in a fast paced, customer focussed environment.

As an entry level Negotiator working at Reeds Rains you will receive:

- Pay in the region of £25,000 per annum (OTE)

In the role of a Negotiator, you will:

- Register Customers and carry out property matches
- Generate and conduct property viewings
- Negotiate offers between all parties
- Maximise branch income with the cross sell of other services (mortgages, conveyancing, insurance)
- Always display excellent customer service

**A full UK driving license is essential.**
