**Position: Customer Service Co-Ordinator**

**Location: Perth**

**Contract: full time, permanent**

**Hours: 40 hours per week**

An exciting opportunity has arisen within our aftersales department for a Service Co-ordinator to support the administrative function of the department.

**Primary Responsibilities & Tasks**:

- Manage daily work order input ensuring accurate allocation of labour resource and parts.
- Proactively manage the open work orders to ensure timely billing of completed jobs to both internal and external customer base.
- General Administrative duties and accurate record keeping within the Service Department
- Updates and maintains databases and systems to ensure accurate and current information is available for use by others.
- Builds and maintains customer relationships.
- Assume responsibilities as Health & Safety co-ordinator, ensuring all statutory inspections are completed as per Legal Requirement and company H&S Management System

**You will have**:

- 1-3 years of experience working in customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills
- Problem solving skills.
- High attention to detail
- Full UK driving license
- Knowledge of IT systems
- Excellent time keeping
- Flexible

- Understanding of John Deere products and the forestry sector is an advantage, but not essential.
