A role has become available to work for one of the counties best Human Resource consultancies who have worked their magic for over twenty years, building a solid, positive reputation around their client centric business model and their continued successis testament to their efforts.

As a HR Advisor you’ll join an, already, incredible team of five advisors, who passionately work for and with clients providing guidance and advice on employment related issues. Goes without saying you must be well-versed in legal regulations regarding HR,staying informed about the latest trends and understanding the client's needs.

For this particular role a salary of £26,000-£32,000 is offered (with an additional £3000 after a successful first six months) with lots of other great benefits that we’d be more than happy to tell you about.Working Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with theoption of total remote working, or hybrid (office based in Kettering).

**Role responsibilities**
- Work with colleagues to ensure that all client inquiries are answered within service level agreements
- Support HR Consultants' direct clients when they are unavailable. Ensure that clients' HR documentation, including offer letters and written statements, are drafted and compliant with current legislation
- Draft, produce, collate and finalise Employee Handbooks and Policies

**What we require from you**
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment law matters, with a proven track record of dealing with all areas of ER, including grievances, disciplinaries etc
- A desire to work autonomously both reactively and proactively
- If you have CIPD, great, if not, but you have a decade plus experience, great
