**Intune SME - Insurance Sector - Major Transformation Programme - Contract Inside IR35**

Superb opportunity to join one of the UK's most acquisitional insurance organisations as an Intune SME during a major transformation programme.

As Endpoint SME specialising in Intune you will be working within a multi-brand organisation going through a significant period of change, most notably a major infrastructure cloud-to-cloud Azure migration. You will oversee the planning, creating, deploymentand maintenance of the infrastructure that provides IT endpoint services to a geographically dispersed enterprise of 2k+ users.
You will be the focal point of contact and technical expert for everything related to Intune engineering and administration of Endpoint technology, including integrating with ServiceNow and the business' security infrastructure.
- Leverage modern management endpoint practices to update and maintain standards for client endpoints (Windows, iOS, Android, macOS)
- Extensively utilize scripting to maximize productivity of platform management and endpoint health (ex.: pro-active remediation)
- Provide preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and quickly resolve routine problems to ensure infrastructure stability
- Manage/test and pilot desktop hardware standard for the enterprise
- Documents technical standards, policies, and procedures pertaining to areas of responsibility
- Collaborate with Enterprise Solutions IT organizations to develop, implement, and influence standards
- Design and participate in Change Management and Incident Management, including communications planning for before and after changes/incidents. Be aware of major business cycles that affect service offerings.

**The Successful Intune SME**

You will have extensive experience in administering and operating Intune and related endpoint technology within a complex enterprise organisation of 2k+ users.
- Expert in designing and implementing software distribution and system management solutions
- Expert in designing and implementing patch management solutions (ex. WSUS, Intune, etc. ) including bios and firmware updates, service pack upgrades, and vendor-based updates
- Experience with Powershell
- Experience with Qualys or similar tools
- Ideally have ServiceNow integration Experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills in areas such as teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation
