**AM - 08:00 - 10:00 h**
- Prepare and serve breakfast to the residents first thing in the morning.
- Collect empty dishes/trays from resident's bedrooms and process the dishwasher.
- Lay the dining room tables ready for lunch
- Prepare trays for residents who wish to have their lunch in their bedrooms
- Ensure all used dishes are collected and process the dishwasher
- End of shift

**PM - 16:00 - 18:00 h**
- Lay trays for supper
- Prepare and arrange the food choices for each resident based on their supper wish list
- Ensure that the food is prepared and served as required - warm/cold, garnish etc.
- Serve the residents their supper in a timely manner
- Prepare hot drinks for the residents
- Collect all empty dishes/trays from communal areas and bedrooms
- Process the dishwasher and store clean crockery as required.

Hours consist of two hours in the morning and two hours in the afternoon - split shift - **08:00 - 10:00** and **16:00 - 18:00**.

**Own transport required due to location.**
