**The Opportunity**

We have a great opportunity for an experienced People Administrator at The Cornwall Bakery, you will provide a proactive and flexible administrative service to the business and the People team. Your role is integral in supporting the business performance and delivering People plans that align with Samworth Brothers' Purpose, Culture, and Values.

Key Responsibilities
- **Employee Lifecycle Management**: Manage all administrative aspects of the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- **First Point of Contact**: Serve as the initial point of contact for People-related queries, offering timely resolutions and information to ensure smooth and efficient People management activities.
- **Data and Metrics**: Produce key People metrics and data to support informed decision-making.
- **Information Provision**: Ensure managers and People team colleagues have accurate, up-to-date, and comprehensive information to drive business results.
- **Colleague Experience**: Ensure every decision and action considers the Colleague experience as a key element.- Working experience within Manufacturing ideally food industry
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR systems and data management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to offer timely solutions.
