Parts Advisor

Our BMW dealership is looking for an experienced and dynamic Parts Advisor to join our growing team and contribute to the success of the dealership. If you have experience of working in the automotive industry as a Parts Advisor, we can provide excellent training to develop your skillset.

It is an exciting time to join the BMW brand with electric, plug in hybrid and sports car technology going from strength to strength. Our customers are as passionate about the BMW brand as we are, so if you have the experience and enthusiasm to take on a new challenge, we would be interested to hear from you.
- Ensuring all customers are dealt with promptly and courteously.
- Ensuring all parts are correctly checked against delivery notes, that they are binned accordingly and that all orders are checked before delivery note is signed.
- Ensuring phones are answered quickly and professionally.
- Ensuring that the Service Department requirements are dealt with accurately and information is passed on as comprehensively as possible.
- Supporting our Technicians.
- Maintaining the department's cleanliness and housekeeping.
- Assisting in stock checks and van deliveries where required.
- Packing and loading Parts correctly.

Essential Qualifications:

- Experience of working in a Parts department
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and Kerridge
