Role Purpose:
To provide high quality care of the children within our nurseries, whilst supervising and assistant children at mealtimes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Promote positive relationships in the early years’ setting.
- Promote the health, safety and well-being of the children.
- To take responsibility alongside the Nursery Management Team for the safety, security and well-being of all children, staff and visitors at all times.
- To ensure that safeguarding procedures are followed.
- To ensure that all special dietary requirements are adhered to.
- To assist children with their lunches where necessary e.g. cutting up food, spoon feeding or providing second helpings.
- To meet the physical needs of children; encouraging good standards of personal hygiene and assisting children where necessary e.g. hand washing, toileting etc.
- To assist with setting up and clearing lunches and to take on any cleaning duties needed in respect of the lunchtime period.
- Job Type: Part-time all year around

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour

- Monday to Friday
